Former Interns
 Jake Marcum (Family Groups). Jake is serving from Throne of Grace Community Church and is a graduate of Boyce College. Jake grow up in Louisa, Kentucky and attended Morehead State University where he was pursuing a degree in the medical field and then Jake encountered Jesus and his life was never the same. Jake has a love of learn and teaching the Bible and will be helping to lead some of the family groups at the University of Louisville.

Jessica currently serves as a student mobilizer with the IMB and is a pursuing a M.A. Degree in Biblical Counseling at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jessica is from Dallas, Texas and attends Clifton Baptist Church. Prior to moving the Kentucky, Jessica Served with the IMB as a journeymen and through Hands on in Manchester and London, England. Through this experience God has cultivated a love for university and international students. She is excited to see what happens through the BCM!

Andrew Oliveras was born in New Jersey, grew up in Florida, and graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Sociology degree. Now, he lives in Louisville with his wife Jessica. He is currently attending Southern Seminary to pursue a M.A. in Missiology. He previously served with the BCM at TTU and as a college intern with his local church. He enjoys video games, movies, board games and hiking. He is excited to serve with the BCM and excited to see what God can do with the students at UofL!

Blake Faulkner (Community Group): Blake is from Gilbert, South Carolina, and a graduate from North Greenville University with a BA in Intercultural Studies. He's in Louisville working on a M Div. in International Missions. His goal is to one day serve in India long-term. He as been a member of Highview BC since August 2018. He loves music, coffee, cooking, meeting new people, and mangos. He served in BCM while being an undergraduate student. He can’t wait to see how the Lord moves here at UofL!

Sam Bennett (International Student Connect co-leader). Sam is from Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2018 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is currently attending the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for a Master of Divinity in Islamic Studies, while working at an international engineering firm. Since moving to Louisville in January 2019, he has been attending Highview Baptist Church. He loves traveling, backpacking and is an unashamed coffee snob. He hopes to serve in the Middle East in a Marketplace capacity using my engineering degree. He loves encouraging others to use their God given skills and abilities for His Mission.
